Flash Development
Flash Development Team consists of 6 developers. These guys are really dedicated IT men. Their team not only simply develops applications in Flash, but also investigates advanced technologies and introduces best practices from other languages – like Test-Driven Development and pattern programming, something that is invaluable in developing useable and effective applications.

Alexander Nemtsov
Flash Development Team Leader
Alexander is a real example of art and software development fusion. He attended Altai Institute of Culture and graduated from it as a bibliographer. Then he worked in desktop publishing for a couple of years, got interested in Flash design and worked in this sphere too. At Sibers he started his career as junior Flash developer, but his brains, willpower and energy made him a Leader of Flash Development Team in a year. Besides developing projects in Flash he always studies new IT technologies and helps to implement them in the workings of the company.
