Customer Care Management Team
After you’ve contacted a Sibers Sales Manager and discussed your project requirements, project deadlines and preferred payment method, you're matched with one of our Customer Care Managers (CCM) — the person responsible for protecting your interests, representing your position and ensuring that your relationship with Sibers runs smoothly throughout the project development stage. We understand that dealing with a day-to-day contact exclusively via internet or phone, without a prior in-person introduction, may cause feelings of “detachment”. However, we think you’ll find your CCM’s expertise to be invaluable, and well worth the absence of a face-to-face connection.
The Customer Care department was formed in 2005. Since then they’ve ensured that our customers’ expectations are met (and hopefully exceeded), and presided over the fulfillment of all agreements in order to avert any potential violations, misunderstandings or conflicts. Sibers currently employs four CCMs who specialize in establishing effective communication between the client and the PM, and providing the client with plenty of useful info on Sibers as a company, how our team works, and what it’s like to live and work in Siberia. All of our CCMs are very enthusiastic about cross-cultural communication, and happily share their thoughts on our culture with American, European and Australasian customers. They even make handmade, Siberian-themed Christmas souvenirs for our most beloved clients!
