Experienced, knowledgeable and sociable, they’ll help you choose the most effective platform, explain the development process and confirm budget and timeframe. Next you’ll talk with one of our Business Analysts, who will assist you with all relevant documentation. And after we agree on your development plan and begin the project, you’ll be introduced to your very own (and very charming) Customer Care Manager and Project Manager.
The Project Manager provides daily progress reports, sets tasks for the developers and discusses all relevant issues with you, including any changes you’d like to make along the way. All of our Project Managers are fluent in oral and written English and are very capable of communicating with you directly via email or phone on a 24/7 basis. Well, almost a 24/7 basis. They need their sleep like the rest of us.
The Customer Care Manager’s job is to protect your interests during the entire project development stage. Interacting sporadically via internet or phone with the people working on your project can sometimes feel a bit disjointed — so to make our collaboration more personal, the Customer Care Manager becomes your daily contact, an arrangement which offers many advantages.
