The active communication process starts immediately after you decide to entrust your project to Sibers. Two or more of our outsourcing development specialists will be involved in daily exchanges with you (and if necessary, your local team). A Sibers Project Manager will oversee the development process and act as a bridge between you and your Sibers outsourcing team. A Sibers Customer Care Manager will represent the business side of our partnership, and be readily available whenever you need to discuss general business issues related to your project.
In the initial project stages, we’ll likely rely heavily on your input. As we become more acquainted with your project and the level of control you prefer to retain, we’ll steadily increase the amount of suggestions and viable solutions from our end, in order to achieve the ideal outcome.
Regarding our approach, one of our clients said the following:
I’m old enough, and I don’t want to spend more time than necessary on product management. My Sibers team makes handling projects and product management easy, and enhances my ideas so well, that I almost don’t have to do anything. That makes me happy, as I can spend more time doing things that are important to me.
While we are strong supporters of secure remote communication via email and Skype, we believe there’s nothing better than live, face-to-face interaction. Being face-to-face helps eliminate uncertainty and facilitates new idea development, leading to a more fruitful collaboration.
For your convenience, we offer six options for meeting our team (or our representatives) in person:
1. On-site meeting in your office
If you want to meet on your home turf, no problem! We’ve visited clients in the USA, Australia, Great Britain, Holland, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong and Singapore, and we have the passports to prove it. Plus, we’re always up for visiting a new location/city!
A face-to-face meeting on your premises not only helps both parties hone the project’s vision, but can also reveal other aspects of your business that could benefit from our collaboration.

3. Meeting in visa-free countries
Another option is to meet Sibers in visa-free (or visa-on-arrival) countries like Turkey, Thailand and Singapore. Rather than rendezvousing in a formal office atmosphere, you can meet our professional managers and developers in a more exciting, more casual environment.

4. Visiting Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Amongst the visa-free countries, Kyrgyzstan stands apart. For this reason, one of our main development offices is situated in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan — a location where two thirds of the territory is covered with mountains and where the world’s second largest mountain lake, Issyk-Kul, is located. Doing business in a place where you’re surrounded by breathtaking nature and hospitable people — sounds pretty good, no?

5. Visiting Sibers in Novosibirsk, Russia
If you desire direct access to the specialists entrusted with your project, you can fly directly to Sibers’ headquarters in Novosibirsk, Russia. It goes without saying that this is a fantastic opportunity to discuss your project with the entire development team. And if you visit during the planning phase, we’ll be able to define the feature set and architecture in-person, and minimize all possible risks. This may sound like a time-consuming task, but in the long run it will drastically reduce the time you’ll have to spend on the project in the future.
Numerous visits from our European and American clients have proved the effectiveness of this option. Project comprehension and efficiency increases demonstrably, and excellent results are the norm.

Plus, once you’re here, there are plenty of downtime activities to enjoy. Perhaps some fun in the Siberian woods would cap off a great first day!

6. Meeting in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, Russia
Saint Petersburg, Russia’s cultural center, and Moscow, its financial center, are probably the easiest Russian cities to visit due to the abundance of international flights. We have no doubt that the rich history, strong cultural heritage and lively nightlife found in these cities will inspire your discussions with our experts.
