Twelve IT Sales Consultants comprise Sibers’ Sales department, and it’s these gregarious folks who meet and support all of our prospective customers from the first stage of our collaboration. The Sales department’s top priority is to ensure a complete understanding of the customer’s needs; as such, they’re in constant contact with our Technology team, because the more coherently a customer’s concept is communicated, the easier it is for our technical consultants to advise a solution and assure the customer of our ability to execute their vision. Once the project’s scope is defined and agreed upon, the Sales Consultant can make suggestions regarding the work arrangement. The final step before actual development is the legal side, and our Sales Consultants guide our customers through all of the nuances of contracts for outsourcing their IT needs, and outline in detail how the offshore development process works.
