Project Background
Our client is a start-up co-founder from Manchester, UK. He created a B2B travel management web application to provide small and medium enterprises with easy and fast management tools for business trips.
The flight search was the priority until the client discovered that UK companies mostly use trains for business trips. So, during the first phase of the project development, our primary focus was related to the "train search" and integration. It was also the first stage of integration into the business processes of UK companies.
Solution
Sibers team created a mobile-responsive JS front-end for web-based platform that covers all the needs for business travel management, including searching, booking and analyzing the travel history.
It serves as a control center concerning travel policy for different employee groups (executives, general staff). For each group, managers can set cabin classes, the number of days, maximum hotel stars, budget limit, etc. The system automatically limits the travel options and therefore allows control of the expenses. The system also performs risk management. It predicts the delays and automates the onward impacted parts of a trip, using the information from air traffic control, rail providers, GPS solutions.
An individual or the department can track the travel spend and the expenses statistics by downloading automatically-generated reports.
We also developed a PHP promo website for this project.
