Sibers Mayan emblem
This year is our 13th on the IT market, and we discovered that Maya considered this number a lucky one in contrast to the rest of the cultures, which call it "the devil dozen". We have positive thinking and choose a Mayan meaning of number 13.
What important events have happened in our world?
- Sibers' iPhone team has successfully completed another 100+ projects, which were approved by the AppStore
- Our Bishkek team has moved to a nice and comfortable cottage in the center of the city, which can well function as a small but quite luxurious hotel for our guests and visitors
- Sibers has extended in the Siberian region by forming a new and highly effective team in Barnaul, the capital of the Altay region. Their offices are situated in the middle of the city, in a new and impressive business center. The team includes 3 .NET developers, 2 Unix developers and a PHP Developer
- We have hired 50+ new employees working now in all Sibers teams and departments. Sibersers have celebrated eight new weddings; became parents of two more children. One of the newly married couples had their celebration exactly on the day of our corporate party. Double celebration!
- Sibers' positive feedbacks on Elance count 101 this year with 73 feedbacks of 5.0. We firmly occupy the 3rd position on Elance among 113,000 highly competitive contractors in our category
- We were working on 250+ projects including 150 new projects. The number of hours worked on the projects really impresses: 140,000 hours
- This year, our corporate party took place almost at the same place as the previous year, in a beautiful pine forest at the sea cost. Actually, it’s kind of a Siberian resort area, especially when the weather takes our side. This time the weather was absolutely wonderful, much better than the previous year. The celebration lasted for two weekend days and was full of funny contests and relaxation devoted to pleasing Maya gods, just to be on the right side of them and experience another year of success and prosperity according to Maya prophets.
