Usually there is a post about our traditional New Year party, but this year was special: we celebrated it at home. In fact, we did everything at home and fully understood the importance of a team, smooth communication, and a neat workspace. Despite all the changes in our lifestyle and working conditions, we kept doing our job and helping our clients to implement their ideas.
Let us forget about the difficulties of the year and sum up the results of our teamwork.
This year we:
— met a lot of new clients and began 65 new projects;
— got twenty 5.0s on Upwork and even more words of appreciation;
— did as many video meetings as possible, because distance work required paying much more attention to communication;
— we welcomed 31 newbies. They had to join the team, not having an opportunity to properly get acquainted with the colleagues. That is why,
— we arranged online entertainments — we played online shooters, did photo and video challenges, competed on the best working space, and tried to guess the colleague by the merged photos.
We asked our team how they cope with the stress of being locked up.
The most popular answer was a hobby. It turned out that a lot of Sibers members acquired a new hobby, for example, jogging, or Rubik's Cube, or chess, or music. By the way, our running lovers even created their own running challenge.
Of course, our life instantly went online. So we wonder, what do we mostly use online.
The answer was obvious — food delivery.
As you can see from the picture, sushi, pizza, burgers, and shawarma are the most popular delivery food. That is how we can set up a little holiday for ourselves — order favorite food and watch a new film. We also never stopped learning. It is proved by the fact that online courses took second place in this improvised online services competition.
These not very serious statistics show that no matter what is happening, the main things stay the same — we work, and we enjoy life. We wish you all the best in 2021!
